想請問有沒有不躺在地上的仰臥起坐方式 - 運動

由於常做仰臥起坐,稍不注意導致臀部那邊產生擦傷,處理方式是擦優點及貼ok蹦。現在當我做仰握起坐時傷口會痛,而且擦傷也沒有痊癒,反而愈來愈嚴重。找了一些處理傷口的知識,發現擦傷最好還是別再刺激,也不要使用ok蹦,所以打消用ok蹦貼住繼續運動的念頭。可又不想讓運動半途而廢。想請�
