我所想問的問題是~1.清晨跑還是下午跑比較好?2.若是清晨跑,空著肚子是沒問題,但..聽說任何運動所要產生的熱能,是先燃燒血糖,接著是燃燒....我忘了...最後才是燃燒脂肪...那像我是想健身而己,是不是在去晨跑前先吃點糖果會比較好3.總之我想問問老手們,要如何慢跑才健康.......如事前準備,事後收尾因為
