慢跑減肥初期,著重的是速度還是里程數? - 健身

大家好~~~最近開始要用每天慢跑的方式來減肥,請問一下,我現在還是慢跑小肉腳,不能跑太遠每次我都以以下方式跑,1.跑1.6公里,但速度是時速8.5左右2.跑2公里,速度是時速5~6左右以第二種方式跑雖然很慢,但能多跑一些里程數,以減肥為前提的話,以哪種方式跑為佳呢?能否給些參考意見呢?謝��
