現代人會得憂鬱症的原因很多工作壓力家庭壓力感情不順....等電視新聞也常常報導很多例子家人朋友的支持通常都是很重要的但是如果沒有家人朋友通常只會告訴你你不要想太多啦這些話通常不太有幫助或者說要你想想是上有很多比你更不幸的人難道一定要跟很不幸的人來比嗎最後朋友也會不耐煩你也
