我是個純素食者....不吃但不喝奶~~但我想練出一身肌肉線條,我每天的運動...可是卻沒有顯著的效果..我每天跳繩1000下伏地挺身100下仰臥起坐100下我想應該不至於沒什麼線條...但是我就是沒線條==請問該如何攝取營養增長肌肉~也能顧慮到均衡的營養呢?...Showmore
