如標題我只是要睡覺時想說(因為當天剛爬玩山)想想瑜珈畫面然後就做了(我該怎麼闡述...)就是先躺直,然後雙腳抬起來然後盡量的碰到頭頂後的牆壁(臉大概朝向大腿了吧)...................我不知道是不是這個動作影響到我的背部和脊椎我痛的地方在”前面肋骨的正後方”現在跑步跳躍都會痛我是哪裡出問
