目前52公斤兩年都是51~53在跑一天要拉2~3次喝牛奶必定拉挺懊惱的目前1天上班8小時我都喝滿1600cc的水在家會喝綠茶包約600~400cc吃的話在家餐餐都具備蛋肉青菜1碗半的白飯公司一餐的話兩個便當一天吃三餐外加一片巧克力一樣水果(香蕉蘋果橘子柳丁輪著換)因為都要輪班挺難算時間吃(紡織公司因為要一直
