我想減肥...但就是減不下來.. - 運動

我79公斤175公分我想減到68公斤一周也都有至少3次1小時的運動但也沒瘦下來飲食方面對我來說又是個挑戰..我晚上真的忍不了餓..但我不會吃消夜而且晚餐大概都在5~7點吃完請問我該用捨麼方法讓自己快速瘦下來還有我每天晚上都固定做伏地挺身20下跟仰臥起坐30下
