早餐:7-11辣味熱狗x1 或是 早餐店的肉鬆飯糰午餐:貢丸湯(幾粒蔥,三顆貢丸) 15顆左右的小番茄加梅粉 有的時候會吃水餃15顆或是咖哩飯之類的晚餐:15~20顆小番茄+梅粉我不愛做很累人的運動頂多睡前會抬腳,左右各100下然後採腳踏車300下仰臥起坐30下這幾天才開始減肥屬於很愛吃的那一類��
