如題我想要瘦到46公斤我167cm我不是易胖的體質我從小都一直很瘦但是我容易因為課業壓力大就一直狂吃高一時量46之後就一直爆肥可能是因為我晚上在一中街補習晚上就一直吃一中街高熱量的食物高二胖到54我整個嚇到然後開始晚上只吃蘋果早上跟中午是正常吃的一下子就瘦回48了然後最近因為考試又壓
