我今年20歲女生體重65/身高158我想要半年內瘦15~20公斤我想要健康的控制飲食也會運動來瘦身每天的生活作息1~5是10點起床不會吃早餐直接等中餐中餐吃的都是便當類晚餐大概6點也是吃飯或麵有時候是不知不覺會吃一些點心晚上偶爾會泡熱可可能不能教我要怎麼變瘦我還要配合寒天使用運動寒天少吃這樣
