我是一個高二學生,小時後有過氣喘,但學游泳之後就好了。上高中後運動的時間減少了,於是便一直發胖,身體也較虛弱,而且上了高中後脊椎有點側彎(約15度),現在身高185cm體重有104kg,雖然同學覺得我很壯,但我覺得是虛胖,只有手臂比較強壯。之前有嘗試慢跑,但聽說跑部對關節傷害很大,加��
