我目前是高一學生學校參加壘球社不過是算普通運動性質並不專業但我想讓我丟球更有力現在有八磅和十三棒的啞鈴我該如何去練?才能讓我力氣比較大!還有哪種重量我比較適用我不是做真正重量訓練(因為我知還小最好不要做)只是想讓身體更壯謝謝各位啦~~~
