我想請問懂游泳跟健身的人我178公分60公斤我現在每天固定做6組每組30下的伏地挺身還有兩組每組50下的仰臥起坐也會去游泳,每週大概1或2次,每次1小時游蛙、自由、蝶,交替輪流,(一種累了或無聊就換另一種)我這樣做大概兩個月左右了請問這樣我的肌肉會變大嗎?(最近好像停滯了)我想透過這樣的方�
