我個子不高才168體重60算標準身材吧最近才想開始想要練身材想請問各位前輩要從哪些部位開始健身比較好?或是怎麼練..該哪些要注意的?因為我算是剛減肥下來原本75kg想練點肌肉線條可能穿衣服也比較好看另外請教一下...我算是肩膀寬.腿長的身材這樣平時可以怎麼搭衣.或配什麼才搭的好看謝謝指教了�
