我是男生身材62公斤180公分每天都有做運動(40下伏地挺身,60下仰臥起坐)但是胸部有兩團肉(不是奶頭大‧是乳暈尖尖的)穿比較緊身的別人就會說我激凸,之類的我想把他消去但是每天做伏地挺身好像沒什麼效果有誰可以提供給我健身胸部的方法嗎?可以消除胸部肥肉的。謝謝^^
