我之前的BMI是21,我自己覺得太胖開始減肥,後來好不容易減到BMI18.8,只是後來碰到停滯期,就一直BMI19點多跳來跳去,好像前陣子開始,我只要看到零食..舉凡餅乾.蛋糕.月餅...我就會發瘋似的狂吃,有時候可以吃掉整整一罐肉鬆,還加上數塊餅乾,吃完了還是覺得不夠...吃到很撐很撐了,卻還是要吃�
