我目前183公分~82公斤我一直都有在重訓,但因不知要吃乳清蛋白因此力量雖然已經提升一倍,但感覺只有變結實,變大一點點,我已經練六個月最近我我要去買乳清蛋白了,但是怕吃了後變胖!我有一點肚子,我都有在做全身的重訓跟慢跑但肚子都沒看到肌肉~感覺像有點像小胖的肚子一樣之前還被同學��
