我的右腳小指麻麻的 - 運動

我之前應該試題太重的東西或是走太久的路然後我的右腳小指就一直麻麻的前幾天去給中醫用他說我脊椎的第4.5節受傷了..說是閃到腰結果就跟我推一推..結果現在角還是麻麻的..脊椎也給他用到痛痛的.骨頭還凸出來我該怎麼辦??很害怕以後都會變成降==誰可以教我復健的運動??或是作瑜珈會好嗎??...Showmor
