我是大一生!!!!!我的計畫是每天一罐每朝健康綠茶早餐:每朝健康綠茶+兩片土司+草莓果醬午餐:合餐(學校餐廳賣的便當四菜無主菜)晚餐:桂格麥片(肯定會有)+蘋果?+吐司?(這裏我就不知道要吃甚麼了建議一下吧^^)一,三,五會去健身房(大約晚上八,九點)每天跑步!!!!(健身房跑步機)晚上九點多會去打球!!!!麻
