我是男大生,177,55KG,想3個月內增至60KG因3餐都外食,什麼炒飯,seven等/.平時配合重訓,每周3次。每次1小時。體重就是維持不變我也不知道原因--宵夜間中吃~早餐差不多每天都吃~但周未睡過頭就把中午早餐一起吃有人提供經濟的增重方法嗎~此外我現在有一罐生物蛋白粉,應在重訓前喝還是重訓後喝?飯前重訓��
