我27歲身高178公分體重現在是100公斤運動減肥已經3個月從110到現在的一百現在身上是有肌肉沒錯但是肥肉也很多尤其是肚子和胸部這兩部位尤其嚴重(如何減掉呢)最近覺得瘦的很慢有卡關的感覺我平時都是去健身房騎腳踏車一小時然後再去做一些輕鬆的重量訓練(一周約兩次)我希望我的理想體重是85(越接
