我開始減肥了一個多月瘦了6公斤以後好像遇到瓶頸了已經2個禮拜體重沒甚麼改變了!!有哪位大大可以幫我排怎麼運動還有練肌肉嗎?我可以慢跑大概30分鐘伏地挺身30下左右仰臥起坐40左右現在171公分80公斤還有飲食該吃些甚麼?我現在幾乎不喝飲料宵夜也很少吃我想要瘦到70左右拜託不要跟我說每天去健身
