我跑了一個禮拜後,我發現我之前都跑的氣喘噓噓,每次跑完都快撐不下去了;今天我跑到第五圈的時候也絕得有很難受,然後我就放慢速度,個人認為這種速度大概比走路快一點而已的步伐,跑到第10圈我發覺我還沒之前累成那樣,而且還可以繼續跑下去的感覺;這樣是不是我最適合的步伐,還是說��
