我個人對規劃運動非常不行只要沒有規劃就很難持之以恆我現在都在做仰臥起坐跟滾輪每天都50下但卻很難看到成效我現在身高178體重將近80看起來就是胖胖的肚子有點大0.0想要先減下來再來鍛鍊肌肉但還是搞不清楚要怎麼做是最好的我家有的器具跳繩14P啞玲重量沙帶(腳上的和手套拜託各位大大幫忙我��
