事情是這樣的,最近開始用某種工具健身輪子中間插根棒子然後雙手握棒在地上趴下去~起來~趴下去~起來~這樣表哥說,可以練腹肌和手臂兩個禮拜前只能做到40下,基本上都是做到極限這樣然後從這兩個禮拜開始不知道為何突然以幾乎每隔一天的速度+5下直到現在80下,這80下只做了兩三天手肘的關節會�
