大家好小弟最近開始要健身我目前的身材是168cm58kg正如你們所見的因為我太瘦小了所以小弟決定要開始健身目標:沒打算變成阿諾胸膛厚實、肩膀變寬、腹肌、身體線條、體力變好一胸肌、腹肌、慢跑二二三頭、肩膀三胸肌、腹肌、慢跑四二三頭、肩膀五胸肌、腹肌、慢跑六二三頭、肩膀日放假飲食方面
