請問一下,我想當個投手目前是國1生升國2,球速約100上下可是常常不穩,控球控不進去好球帶我知道要增進體能,我自己也有再做些許的運動身高170體重60請問怎麼樣可以增進下盤的穩定性還有肌肉爆發力(約出8分力投球)還有增加抗壓性..我採取的是斜肩投法(4分之3)目前有在做的運動:慢跑約500~1000m伏地挺身�
