請問一下歐~我本身想要強化一下我的彈跳力我自己是那種一下就跳到最高點的那種...請問一下哪些增強籃球的˙訓練項目可以在家做我家是一般民宅3層樓我自己想增強跳躍力跳更高一點本人自己每天有做15-30下伏地挺身<<這樣夠嗎?另外之前有做交互蹲跳可是聽人家說赤腳這樣跳對骨頭傷害大..請問��
