最近放假開始要練一下XD我想問怎麼練才會跳比較高...我現在是用快到全力跳每天這樣跳到不行然後休息一下再跳大約3次..這樣聽說會對膝蓋有很大的負擔..是嗎?除了這樣還可以怎麼練?有關於上半身除了做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐還有別的比較有效的方法嗎??那如果是做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身大概要怎麼慢慢��
