最近覺得自己越來越胖了想要好好的來減重一下嚕....我身高180體重77公斤最煩惱的就是肚子的肉了...想請各位減重跟健身達人幫我安排一下一星期的課表響要將腹肌跟胸肌練出來...我手邊已經有健美輪跟跳繩..可以搭配伏地挺身仰臥起做等等...都可以請各大達人幫我設計一下課表...不然我都不知道要怎��
