小弟我11月中要考消防員,其中有一項是挺舉110磅槓鈴11次,是站著挺舉到頭上且手打直然後放下時到膝蓋,停住然後再反覆動作實施其間槓鈴不得著地,限時90秒內完成這次滿分要11次,並且要放到膝蓋再挺到胸部再舉起如何自我段練才能考試過關謝謝
