我今年28.身高175.體重50.知道過瘦,家有1對啞鈴,還有一個伏地挺身器.所以想請教!1:想練胸肌,而且最好是方形的,但要如何練?2.伏地挺身器可以練下胸肌嗎?3.我有EAS高蛋白粉,是練前吃?還是練後吃?一週要吃幾次?或一天要吃幾次?4.有增重的好方法嗎?麻煩各位了,謝謝!
