開一整天的計程車.相信所有的司機與我一樣都會腰酸背痛.那要做什麼運動.以最省的方式達到效果呢?另外在車內可以做什麼活動.可以疏展筋骨呢?目前在高鐵排班從7~23點.晚上有夜間加成.都會加班到天亮.是否對身體不好呢?但在賺錢份上.硬頭皮撐下去!
