我想問各位大大以前我打籃球都是採用(推奶式)因此很容易被扒火鍋而且我覺得推奶式有點浪費體力所以正在練如何把球放在頭旁邊(像NBA慣用的投法)向前投而且不費力但是我的臂力不夠(我是左撇子),身高也才13X(小學)所以想問各位大大有哪些方法能有效且快速練臂力也想問各位大大如何把球放在頭旁邊�
