剛學游泳不久同學交我蛙式自由式不太會..所以先練好蛙式吧!去游了3.4次左右蛙式有進步了勉強游25公尺不用踩到地板。以下是目前遇到的問題...Q1:為什麼我游泳經常抽筋?都是腳指頭或腳底..游不到1小時(我只用蛙式)...每次去游一定抽筋...Q2:只會蛙式.不會自由式.這樣很弱嗎?..會被笑嘛?有沒有救生員只��
