如題:早上比賽跑步((100m)(200m)(800m)(1500m)可以吃早餐嗎?會不會肚子痛或是影響表現?建議怎麼做,怎麼吃?順便問一下怎樣熱身會比較可以展現實力?*比賽時間大概是7:30-8:35之間**1500m因為題目擠不下所以沒打上去造成不便請見諒懇請回答!!!拜託ㄌ~:)
