大家好:我早上5:00~7:00出門運動.(學太極拳基本功).可是怎麼回來後吃早餐看報紙時就會想睡.(疲倦感甚強.無法看完報紙)身體無力.精神不好....已經2天都是去躺下休息到12點左右才能起來.今天是第3天了.仍然如此~~是身體那裡出了問題?營養不平衡?(吃的很簡單)還是平常沒有運動才會如此?.....是否需要給中��
