我現在國一,身高大約153,體重51,想在暑假減肥,我的計劃是:每天早上快走40分鐘、無氧運動(伏地挺身、仰臥起坐等)20分鐘,應該是分開吧。下午快走40分鐘,每天熱量控制在1350左右,不吃冰、蛋糕、餅乾,改用水、茶、水果、牛奶代替,每天喝2500以上的水,飯前飯後都一杯水,食物以菜、富蛋
