我是男的我下半身ok!但上半身有肚子又有胸部我想靠暑假早晚慢跑還有仰臥起坐還有舉啞鈴<<練胸肌的這個能讓我胸部不要那麼大還變胸機ㄇ?還是說月練會越硬反而不會小?暑假靠這些運動能瘦和便肌肉ㄇ?(最重要變瘦讓上半身沒有肚子胸部不一定練出肌肉)!早中晚應該吃些啥?
