我182/76其實不算瘦但~就是沒胸肌沒背肌沒腹肌而且~本身有缺陷(漏斗胸)就是醜現在想先從最最最基礎健身開始因為~我連伏地挺身、仰臥起坐都做的很辛苦大概都只能三十下左右而且~伏地挺身完都是手臂酸,胸部都沒有酸的感覺看來是使力不對問題1:胸肌是否有分胸大肌、胸內肌、上肌、中肌、下肌?
