每次晚上時都睡不著總是托到很晚才睡早上又起不來所以就慢慢ㄉ變成ㄌ習慣上學都遲到有好幾次想要改回來但改都改不回來隔天上學照樣遲到要怎麼樣才能改掉這個習慣呢??
