我的月經已經3個月沒來了是因為太晚睡12點~1點之間睡所以導致月經沒來嗎??那我該如何改善我的身體呢我曉得要多做運動但是還有哪些該改善的地方呢例如少吃些什麼或怎樣改善等希望大家能告訴我了謝謝~
