月經來體重增 - 運動

昨天下午來的,下午我量體重很正常直到晚上我又再去量,增加1.5KG!!是正常的嗎?晚上我也只有吃菜而已然後運動喝水早上起床只下降0.5KG我快瘋了= =因為正在減肥,好不容易瘦了4KG月經來體重會增加嗎?月經結束會恢復嗎?
