我深受失眠困擾很久,有時工作壓力造成,也試過放長假,在無壓力情況下仍然還是會失眠,每到了晚上精神總是特別好,每天都只能依賴藥物才能睡,我有試過不吃藥看自己何時會有睡意,從凌晨12點開始到早上,然後中午過了,再到傍晚5點左右才有疲憊想睡的感覺,失眠了17個小時.除了睡前做些暖身操,瑜珈,喝杯�
