請問我現在是14歲157公分56公斤那64天過後用21天減肥法+優格減肥法+只吃早餐但過10個小時才吃晚餐這些試完後我會每餐都只吃半碗然後繼續做以下的運動拉筋類:8項全身都動類:2項(跳舞+慢跑30分)腰類:2項(呼拉圈30分+仰臥起坐從20下每天增加2下)以上是配合飲食的還有加運動類有可能變165公分45公斤嗎??如��
