最近剛加入健身房需要一些健身方面的建議我是女生身高168體重60上半身很瘦看起來大概只有50公斤完全胖在臀部以及大腿因為我是T所以我想要靠健身將上半身練厚練壯臀部跟大腿可以瘦下來關於上半身我有持續的在做重量訓練一個禮拜大約都有去三到四天也照著每次3~5組每組10~15下這種循環在做但兩個
