我現在15歲164cm54kg體重有點不固定大概就這樣最高到54以前還沒上國中的時候才46而已有長高可是也沒有差多少就一學期內胖了6公斤習慣什麼的也沒有差很多.....已經過超久了可是我抄沒有毅力的..明天在減明天在減都這樣想==我很容易嘴饞明明不會餓..看到吃的就忍不住...我想要有效簡單的運動還有吃的�
