我們學校要班季接力我們班練4圈我才半圈大腿肌肉就很痛再來是小腿腰喉嚨跑完時我就頭暈蛋不是微暈是暈到我站不穩發不出生音後來我媽說我沒做過那麼機鍊的運動其實我做過之前羽毛球對因為我們不乖所以被老師罰操場2000尺=10圈=1圈=200尺也沒怎樣就只是很暈有一次更慘我跑了體育館50多圈也不痛為何會這樣
