我現在172公分64公斤平常有在按照網路上的一些課表做核心肌群的訓練,腹部的肌肉也有變硬的感覺,可是都沒有線條,按照書上的說法似乎是皮下脂肪太多,要用有氧運動"燃燒"他,原本是想慢跑的,可是膝蓋一直有一點舊傷,游泳的話最近太冷,就想說騎腳踏車好了目前有在做的訓練有AirAlert��
